Spiral Flute Taps

It has a flute that wraps around the tap axis in a spiral or a helical configuration. Spiral Flute Tap evacuates the chips out of the hole cleanly to ensure that no chips remain in the hole.
Spiral Flute Taps are made from High-Speed Steel with Ground Threads. It is suitable for tapping on materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy steel and, non - ferrous materials. The longer Chamfer for taps distributes cutting over a greater number of teeth. It is recommended to use something other than taps for tapping material over 32 HRC. The Taps supplied by us are exported to various countries worldwide. The Spiral Flutes Tap pulls the chips out of the hole toward the tap shank and opposite the tapping direction.
