Spiral Flute Taps

We are Supplier of Spiral Flute Taps, which is primarily used for threading blind holes. These taps are designed to productively draw chips up and out of the hole and towards the shank when tapping blind holes, deep holes, and keyway holes. It has a flute that wraps around the tap axis in a spiral or a helical configuration. Spiral Flute Tap evacuate the chips out of the hole cleanly to make sure that no chips remain in the hole.

Spiral Flute Taps are made from High-Speed Steel with Ground Threads. It is suitable for tapping on materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy steels and, non - ferrous materials. The longer Chamfer for taps distributes cutting over a greater number of teeth. It is recommended not to use taps for tapping Material over 32 HRC. The Taps are supplied by us are exported to the various countries worldwide. The Spiral Flutes Tap pulls the chips out of the hole toward the tap shank and opposite of the tapping direction.

Spiral Flute Taps are also available in coated or non-coated in standard and metric models. These are supplied in many different helix options which depend on the type of material being tapped.
