Product Features:

Material: HSL 1.2379 – D2, carburized DS tool steel, chipper – 1.2362 – A8
Sizes: To 24″ Diam. and Thickness: To 1″ max.
Application/Usage: used for crushing of waste material in the plastic processing industry.
Hardness: 52 to 59 HRC, less hardness is recommended with admixture of metals.
We provide shredder knives in different shapes like Cube, Square, Rectangular and circular depending upon the application.
Diameter: from 100mm up to 400mm.
Special heat treatment is provided
