DIC Tools is a Manufacturer and Exporter of HSS Keyway Broaches Sets (Inch) available with all types of Standard PVD Coatings. Keyway Broach set includes multiple Keyway Broaches in a wide range of sizes which are used for creating precise keyways in boreholes of pulleys, gears, and Washers. It also contains shims for controlling the depth of the keyway.

Also, Keyway Broaches set eliminates the problem of individual tools separately and are ideal for jobs that frequently use many different sizes of keyway broaches. Our Broach sets include the most common combinations of Metric Keyway Broaches and Bushings.

NO.00 KEYWAY BROACH SET: 3 broaches and 5 bushings= 15 keyway combinations
NO.10 KEYWAY BROACH SET: 4 broaches and 9 bushings= 18 keyway combinations
NO. 10A KEYWAY BROACH SET: 4 broaches and 9 bushings= 18 keyway combinations
NO. 20 KEYWAY BROACH SET: combines 10 and 10A but adds a 5/16 inch keyway for 11 extra combinations, 5 broaches and 18 bushings = 47 keyway combinations.
