Our Brazed Carbide Long Series Straight Reamers are manufactured using high-quality tungsten carbide tips that are precision-brazed onto hardened alloy steel shanks. Each reamer is engineered for superior wear resistance, dimensional accuracy, and extended tool life. The manufacturing process includes CNC grinding for optimal flute geometry and strict quality control measures to ensure consistent performance in demanding machining applications. We also offer customized reamers tailored to specific dimensions, tolerances, and application requirements. In addition, a variety of coatings—such as TiN, TiAlN, or DLC—are available to enhance wear resistance, reduce friction, and improve tool life in challenging machining environments.
