Thread Rolling Flat Die

We are a Supplier of Thread Rolling Flat Die, available in-ground thread form and milled thread form. The dies include single-face and duplex-face, according to the shape, and manufactured to JIS class standards. The process for Dies uses a pusher blade to insert the workpiece into the area between both flat dies. After that, the thread is formed within one working stroke.

The dies are manufactured with high-grade steel, fully tempered, and hardened with the right grain structure. The dies are exported to various countries worldwide. The production of dies is fully automated. The Hardness of the die after heat treatment is 64-65HRC. These are produced with excellent heat treatment and are truly durable. DIC Flat dies are available in various thread forms, such as ANSI, BS, DIN, and JIS.

Flat Die produces external threads through cold forming; utilize one stationary and one moving Die to form the threads. These are available in various specifications based on the customer's requirement.
