Each countersink has different angles which are used for different uses. These include:

60° for deburring
75° for rivet heads
82° for countersunk screws
120° for countersinking of sheet metals rivetss
Countersinks are suitable for countersinking mild steel and all materials except hardened steel. It eliminates chatter and tearing.
We have zero to six flute countersinks made from the finest quality raw material. The tools are exported to various countries worldwide.

Application/usage: for countersinking and deburring of steels with medium/high tensile strength, cast iron, stainless steel, as well as silicium containing aluminum alloys.
