Indexable Counter Bores

We are a Manufacturer of Indexable CounterBores in India. It is a cylindrical flat bottomed hole that enlarges another coaxial hole. Indexable Counterbore is usually used when a fastener, such as socket head cap screw is required to sit flush with or below the level of a workpiece surface.

The Counter Bore has a patented carbide strip on the cutter body to avoid wearing out and grinding off the cutter. We export Indexable CounterBores to various countries worldwide.

Material: HSS and carbide.
Maximum length: 70 – 260mm
Size range: M8 – M36
Hardness: 89.8-92.0 HRA
Single carbide insert fits all sizes.
No regrinding cost
Flutes: 1 and 2 flute
Coating: TiN-coated drill bit and tap for longer life.
