BTA Drill heads include a single drill tube in which high-pressure coolant is supplied to the drill through the annular area between the drilled hole and the tube's outer diameter.
BTA drill heads are best used for holes with a diameter ranging from 25mm to 45mm. The drills can achieve high metal removal rates compared to gun drilling. It works for high penetration rates. BTA Drill Head is an excellent option if looking at deep holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 100mm and a hole diameter greater than 20mm.
