Timing Pulley Hob Cutter
DIC is a Manufacturer and Exporter of Timing Pulley Hob Cutters, available in standard and non-standard profiles as per requirement. These are made from HSS material in grades M2/S590/ASP2052/ S390/ S290/ ASP 2030 / M35 with all PVD Coatings. The hobs can be supplied in pitch ranges from 2.032mm or 1/5" and with accuracy class AAA, AA, A as per DIN 3968 with straight-sided or involute teeth.
Timing Pulley Hob Cutter profile is involute as parallel side spline, chain sprocket wheel, chain sprocket wheel, timing belt wheel, serration, cycloid gear, and so on. These hobs are available in two types: Hole type and Shank Type.
