Slip Gauges
We are a Manufacturer of Slip Gauges, often known as Johannsen gauges. The Gauges are specifically made for measuring, setting up sizes, and calibrating precision measuring instruments or inspection gauges. Slip Gauges are used to measure the objects directly to find accuracy.
These are used in many industries to measure product accuracy. Slip gauges are the universally accepted ‘standard of length’ in industries. It is the simplest possible means of measuring linear dimensions very accurately.
- Grade 1: useful at high accuracy and finding careful details.
- Grade 11: useful at production time which is done in the workshop.
- Grade 0: Type of inspection tool.
- Grade 00: Used in finding high accurate details of the product.
- Calibration Grade: used to measure and test different types of gauges and has a greater tolerance. Useful for finding errors in the product.
