Coniflex Blades
We are Supplier of Coniflex Blades in India, used for generating straight bevel gears in either low or medium volumes. It is composed of two discs: one with the right cutting direction and the other with the left cutting direction, interlocked to machine both sides to tooth spaces simultaneously.
The blades are interlocked to each other and generate teeth with crowning in the lengthwise direction. The shape and the position of the disks give cutting edges a curvilinear trajectory with a longitudinal section view of the tooth. The blades are exported to various countries worldwide.
