Disc Type Shaper Cutter
We are a Manufacturer and Exporter of Disc Type Shaper Cutter in standard and non-standard profiles. These are designed and produced for cutting any gear, i.e., internal or external, spur or helical. These cutters are made from HSS material in grades M35, ASP2030, ASP2052, and S390.
The accuracy class of Disc Type Gear Shaper Cutter is ‘AA’ & ‘A’ as per DIN1829 standards. The Bore diameter is up to 300mm for Disc or Counter Bore Type, and the cutter diameter range from 19mm to 350mm.
